Blossom Tribute to the Seniors 2026

Blossom Seeds is assigned to serve over 5,000 seniors, with expanded outreach across five additional satellite locations. A key milestone this year is our sixth location, the newly extended Active Ageing Centre at Canberra Vista, conveniently located near Canberra MRT.

More than a centre, it is a vibrant community hub, bringing seniors and volunteers together through programmes empowering seniors to stay active, connected, opportunities to contribute and support them while reducing social isolation..
