Chairman & CEO's Statement

2025 has been a deeply meaningful year for Blossom Seeds as we celebrate SG60.

Growing Our Programmes & Services
Beyond our Active Ageing Centre (AAC), we now operate six satellite sites (partnering People's Association) and expanded
our AAC to Blk 378 Canberra Drive (Canberra Vista), deepening our outreach to seniors in Sembawang. Our frailty prevention pilot with the National Healthcare Group (NHG Health) established a clear process flow from identification to intervention,
and we participated in the inaugural NHG Healthiverse 2025 to collectively add 15 million years of healthy living. We also deepened our impact through the launch of our Home Palliative Care in partnership with the Lien Foundation, working alongside Woodlands Health Campus (WHC) and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) to support seniors and caregivers to
live — and leave — with dignity at home.

Our People
As our services expanded, our team grew from 35 to 40 staff. At our second Board Retreat, we reaffirmed our shared
purpose and long-term vision, and remain committed to building a values-driven team united to serve with love and care.

Community Partnerships
Partnership remains at the heart of our work. We were honoured to share our SGCares Volunteer Centre journey at the
Singapore Volunteer Management Conference 2025 organised by the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and at
State of Play 2025 by the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC). We also strengthened corporate collaborations,
including renewed partnerships with Micron Technology and UPS.

We began the year with our Blossom Tribute SG60 Charity Lunch at Orchid Country Club, with more than 1,500 participants. Over 3,000 participants walked in solidarity at our Ready Set Gold SG60 Charity Walk at Marina Bay Sands
— powerful reminders that the kampung spirit is alive and strong. We are deeply thankful to every partner, donor, sponsor
and volunteer who walked this journey with us.

Financial Performance
For the year ended 31 December 2025, Blossom Seeds recorded income of $4.26 million (2024: $3.73 million), including
$687,000 in Community Silver Trust (CST), and achieved a surplus of $1.10 million. This strengthens our foundation for
sustainable growth and prudent stewardship.

Future Outlook
We plan to establish more Ground-Up Initiatives and AACs in Sembawang in support of Healthier.SG. We will advance
our Home Palliative Care services, with the long-term aspiration of developing Assisted Living and Nursing Home facilities
to better serve seniors across the continuum of care.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Minister Ong Ye Kung for gracing our key events, and to Dr Lim Wee Kiak, Mr Vikram
Nair, Ms Mariam Jaafar, Mr Gabriel Lam, Mr Ng Shi Xuan and for their steadfast support.
