Active Ageing Centre (AAC)

Blossom Seeds will serve as the go-to point for all seniors, regardless of frailty, housing type and income levels, in the community and provide an “ABC” suite of services: Active ageing, Befriending and buddying, and information and referral to Care services.
Our Active Ageing Programmes seek to engage Seniors to embrace a purposeful life while they advance in age, through promoting various aspects of health, with a focus on creating volunteering platforms for seniors of various needs to contribute back to the community.
