This award celebrates the collective efforts of our seniors, volunteers, Resident Networks Sembawang Central Community , and community partners in building a healthier, more connected community through nutritious meals, active ageing, and meaningful social connections.
Together, we provided over 20,000 plant-based meals in 2025, including partnership at our 5 satellite sites with Resident Network at Sembawang, while creating opportunities for seniors to care, connect, contribute, and thrive.
