Vesak Day Celebration at Fo Guang Shan
A 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐕𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐤 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 at 佛光山 Fo Guang Shan with𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 coming together for a heartwarming cultural visit
For many seniors, it was their first visit to Fo Guang Shan. They were deeply touched by the warm hospitality, peaceful ambience, inspiring Buddha stories, and the meaningful sharing of compassion, loving kindness, and harmony. The visit created 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 across generations and communities.
We are deeply grateful to Venerable 妙穆法师, all the venerables, President Saw Cheng Boon, Public Relations Director Janet Tan, and the dedicated volunteers for their kindness, generosity, and warm welcome that made the day so meaningful and unforgettable.
