Vesak Day Goodie Bags Distribution Islandwide 23 May 2025
On 23 May, we launched our second round of Vesak Day goodie bags distribution, continuing the important mission of spreading warmth to our Medical Escort & Transport (MET) and Befriender senior beneficiaries, keeping in mind that this distribution was not just about giving—it was about reminding our elderly that they are not forgotten, especially those facing the quiet weight of caregiving and loneliness.
We would like to specially thank our volunteers from Micron Technology, Republic Polytechnic, and those who signed up via Giving.sg -- for persisting with the meaningful work despite the hot weather that day. Your compassion burns hotter!
In addition, we are also very grateful for our incredible driver volunteers, whose support made it possible to deliver these goodie bags far and wide—helping to spread kindness throughout our island.
