A meaningful day of learning, sharing and connection
Blossom Seeds was delighted and honoured to welcome 14 Canossian Sisters from Australia, India, Philippines, Togo, Timor-Leste, Myanmar and Indonesia to our Active Ageing Centre to learn and share more about eldercare and palliative care in Singapore.
We shared about Blossom Seeds’ programmes and services, and how we support seniors to 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 by contributing their time, effort and talents to the community.
The visit also included an insightful sharing on 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐲 𝐃𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐧 𝐘𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐠, made possible through our collaboration with 𝐋𝐢𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, Lien Centre for Palliative Care.
We are deeply grateful to the Sisters for taking the time to visit us and for giving us the opportunity to host them. More importantly, we appreciate the𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞.
