A heartfelt thank you to Sembawang Central Community for inviting Blossom Seeds to be part of the vibrant National Day Carnival 2026!
We were proud to see our seniors and youth light up the stage with an inspiring intergenerational dance performance, celebrating the spirit of unity and togetherness. Together with SG Cares @ Sembawang, our volunteer recruitment booth, we have invited many more residents to join us in caring for seniors across Sembawang Town.
A special thank you to Minister Ong Ye Kung for his encouragement to seniors at Blossom Seeds booth, encouraging our seniors, youth volunteers and performers. Your support inspires us to continue building a caring and age-friendly community where seniors can care, connect and contribute.
