Singapore Power Pack for our seniors and Community Partners beneficiaries
Giving back with one Singapore Power Pack at a time!
Last week, Blossom Seeds (BSL) were blessed to receive 500 Power Packs from Singapore Power in time for Chinese New Year (CNY). Of these 500 Power Packs, we have shared them to our community partners, Assyafaah Mosque and Touchpoint@Wellington513 to distribute to their beneficiaries.
Over at Blossom Seeds, we have outreached to 200 seniors living around the centre over 2 days, spreading the CNY joy through the Power Packs. With the help of 18 volunteers from 净慈 accompanied by Youth Corps Aspirants on Saturday & 22 student volunteers from Republic Polytechnic, School of Engineering accompanied by senior volunteers from BSL on Friday.
These two days were filled with laughter, sweat and stories shared between the different generations as volunteers made their way through the different blocks and units outreaching to seniors, checking in on their wellbeing and also sharing the CNY festivities.
