Blossom Seeds is grateful to be invited by AIC to this milestone event. It was great to meet like-minded community care friends as we work together toward a shared goal.

Blossom Seeds is honoured to be part of #CCWP2025, where Minister Ong Ye Kung shared plans ahead to support 1 million seniors by 2030.

From hospitals to homes, the shift to community care is clear, with more Active Ageing Centres (AACs), preventive health efforts, and outreach to seniors in every neighbourhood, including private estates.

Through 𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐏𝐄 (𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡, 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡, 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 & 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭), all will be committed to ageing-in-place with 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.
