Unity in Diversity: A Milestone Hari Raya Celebration 2025

𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲: 𝐀 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐑𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Blossom Seeds was delighted that over 𝟐𝟖𝟎 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐬 came together today in a heartwarming Hari Raya celebration with our frail and vulnerable seniors joined by religious leaders, community partners, and dedicated volunteers.

For the 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, the celebration was hosted by 𝐃'𝐂𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐈𝐀 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛, allowing us to welcome even more seniors. This meaningful collaboration brought together 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬 from Masjid Yusof Ishak, Assyafaah Mosque, Darul Makmur Mosque, Masjid Petempatan Melayu Sembawang, Buddhist Temple: Varadhatas Ratanarama, Micron Singapore, UPS, People’s Association, Micron Singapore , community partners.

Our 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐫 Ms Mariam Jaafar, Adviser to Sembawang GRC (Woodlands), joined us in a joyful singalong and cheered on uplifting performances from the penguin dance with our 𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝟖𝟕 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭 to multi-racial chair yoga and singing by Blossom Seeds' seniors choir interest group.

This reminds us that 𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐨 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞, 𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧. Just a caring community, coming together, one smile at a time.
